Montana Bakery is a scaled up Artisan bakery, renowned for its expertise in longer fermented doughs, 100% pure sourdoughs, Ciabatta, Focaccia, Speciality breads, and Chilled Garlic and Savoury breads. Stone baking is a speciality of ours, we are also a major producer of Pizza bases. Our customers includes UK retailers, Coffee shops, Food service, Sandwich makers, and Manufacturing clients. Baguettes, Rolls and Laminated products are all made in our Bakeries in Europe on high speed lines. The comprehensively equipped UK 90,000 sq ft modern bakery offers the balance of commercial volume production and handcrafting expertise. The breads produced by the bakery are of the highest quality using natural ingredients wherever possible and being aware of consumers' allergy concerns, the UK bakery is both a Nut and Sesame free manufacturing environment.
